Goodbye
Last night was graduation and today I have my last final in Image Making. I just wanted to say a quick goodbye.
Nick, Erica, Shawn and Erica 2, thanks for kicking my butt into order every semester. You guys are all so inspiring and I know that you’ll be successful. I wouldn’t have graduated and gotten through it without you guys. I don’t have anyone to remind me of the things I have to do anymore, what am I going to do?! I don’t really have anyone outside of Eastern GD to talk about graphic design with so, I really think that we should get together at least once a month and just, talk. We’ll all chip in for gas money for Nick :). Bye Nick, I didn’t get to say goodbye because you didn’t go to graduation, but bye! I’ll miss you!
Goodbye to Ryan, Andy and Leslie. Thanks for putting up me. :) I feel that I’ve learned a lot and I think that I prepared for this. (Well, I hope…) I know that I am not the most inspired design student, but I do think that I have gained a great skill and talent for design while here. I’m young, the inspiration and drive will come. Anyway, just Thanks, you’re amazing.
Oh yeah, I like the design room messy. Not dirty, I mean pick up your old coffee! But I always liked walking around and picking up other peoples projects or scraps of paper. It was always entertaining. So don’t clean it too much, thats just boring.

good luck!
Kari I cant believe we all made it through. Class sure had it good moments and bad all due to the high amounts of stress knowing that we were almost done. I’m sure you’ll do just find with your future and I want to know when you get married and have all your little babies but never put your career on hold for anything. You’re a strong woman and design needs more ladies like you. Remember to visit me at work and don’t forget we’re neighbors
Well put, Kari. I’m so glad we all got to go through this together.
I have my last final today, [i]then[/i] it’s officially over for me. It’s been a long road for me, but it’s finally here. I’m glad I came to EMU when I did to make the friends I’ve made. You all have been great to go through this experience with. It wouldn’t have been the same without our group, to push each other along and give each other shit.
We will be sure to keep in touch! A once-a-month meet up sounds like a good goal.
Thanks to Andy, Ryan, and Leslie. You have all taught me so much, and it’s going to be just as strange not being in class everyday with you.

Congratulations Kari! You’ve always had strong designs, and I’m sure you’ll go far with your career if that’s what you want. Good luck with your life and marriage and kids and work and whatever you do. Keep in touch and be sure to invite me to the wedding!
I’ll come up there to visit you guys from time to time and you’re all welcome to come down here as well. Glad to have made good friends during this design experience!

What a great bunch of students. Good workers, loved to design, tight nit group…class was always a lot of fun. I read this post… and after last night’s fun at Corner…showed me you were also very appreciative students.
You guys remind me of why I wanted to teach.
Well done…you all grew and improved so much.
You guys were lucky…not every class has that kind of peer group. Stay in touch with each other..and your teachers.
