Updated idea
Okay, after talking with all you guys in crit today and getting lots of really good feedback, I questioned my approach. I decided, why not put a spin on this?… maybe a drug company hired me because they were sick of drab, borring design. Anyway, after apply suggestions from the class, I redid the packaging for my product and came up with my swiss imspired design. I know minor tweeking is still nessessary -just not at the moment!
Take a look. The syringe will be placed on the same angle as the blown up version. Scale-wise, the needle would stick out at the white line pointing towards the benifits if all works out as planned. Please let me know what you guys think. I will post the brochure when it’s ready.

Haha MS paint? good form. This looks amazing. You really took the look to the next step. The one criticism I’d have is with the musculature. it looks like slabs of beef right now. would the medical graph look work better? maybe not. diagonals are your friend.
The type is still a bit big and horsey–it still needs more refinement. I don’t think the type on the back that angles on the right and left and is stuck in that corner works either. The back works less well than the front. The front works better because you are letting the white space work for you and not just filling the page with the material. I agree, too, with the slab of beef comment. It looks weird. Otherwise, I do think this will be better than what you had before and it still is Swiss.
Yeah, the slabs of beef are just there as place holders until i look at some books… they are just internet images I poped in there… The back is not done… inculding the needle… I want to scan the opposite site so on the back, you actually see the back of the same needle… As far as the type goes, I don’t want to adjust the size too much yet until I have a chance to make a new mockup – that way i can get a better idea for the actual size…
I do plan on having color mock ups for friday crit.
