Easy portfolio
This will be helpful to you students. It’s a pretty nice and easy way to make a portfolio if you’re not familiar with coding and web design. It’s also just nice if you want to throw something up on the web really quick, like an exhibit or something…

That’s pretty rad. I wish I knew about this/was available when I was doing my website. Well, not exactly because I was able to learn about HTML and CSS. But this is awesome if for a quick or temporary site too.
Yeah it’s best for people who do primarily print and illustration or things like that, who don’t want to get design jobs involving html/css etc… it’s pretty flexible though.
I don’t think its necessarily a print and illustration only type.
It’s only by lack of imagination that the site ceases to work. Each page can be configured with custom HTML, so for those that need to use the tag, you just have to copy it in and have the file sourced with Indexhibit. My site doesn’t have any motion objects, but I link a few pieces of work in such manner.
Essentially, while you’re a young designer, I would advocate for you to use a site like this, customize the CSS for a unique feel and start to put up scans and images of your work right away. It’s amazing how many students wait till only slightly before or after their senior-level classes to build a website.
