It’s New!

Well, the blog is finally redesigned…sort of… there are some things that have yet to be added. In the next few weeks, there will be a forum, with which everyone can start threads discussing design-related topics, asking technical questions, get help, etc. Also, esteemed illustrator, Shawn Lee will be providing us with a background illustration for the site at some point in the hopefully near future. In the meantime, black and white photos will cycle in the background (well, not now, but as soon as I collect those).

The typeface pops out into 3d space if you use red/blue 3d glasses, and eventually other parts of the site will as well. [ Here is an article on anaglyph images ]

If you want to make your own 3d glasses, it’s easy! Just find a CD jewel case, which you don’t use anymore, because who uses CDs anymore? Then, you’ll just need a red and blue sharpie, draw red on the left and blue on the right (it’s important that the red corresponds with your left eye), and voila!
